DescriptionThis is a collection of correspondence among someone named N. R. Powell and different officials at Minnie Fisher Cunningham's headquarters. N. R. Powell wrote several letters and telegrams to Minnie Fisher Cunningham asking her help in reaching Miss Lavinia M. Engle to obtain her speaking services at an event for his son's political campaign. Various responses to this request are sent to N. R. Powell and Miss Lavinia M. Engle, informing Mr. Powell that Minnie Fisher Cunningham is unavailable and to wire Miss Engle directly (a wire to Miss Engle to apprise her of the request is also sent).
