TitleSpeaking of the Presidential Election in 1920
DescriptionThis is a rhetorical handout meant to help remind voters about the Federal Suffrage Amendment as the 1920 Presidential election approaches. In the handout are several statistics of interest regarding women's voting rights, such as the number of American women who are eligible (though not yet allowed) to vote in the next Presidential election, the number of electoral votes that would come from women, and other countries like Denmark and Canada which now allow their women citizens to vote. It closes with a note that despite all this, American women voters are still waiting for the Federal Suffrage Amendment to pass.
