TitleNiels Esperson Building
Description46 page pamphlet promoting the 32 story Niels Esperson Building. Pamphlet includes several photos of the exterior of the building, construction scenes, and interior offices. Pamphlet also includes advertisements for companies housed in the Neils Esperson Building, as well as companies who were employed in the construction and furnishing of the building. Groundbreaking for the building commence on April 9, 1925. Steelwork was completed February 15, 1926. The cornerstone was laid April 10 of the same year.
